SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS FOR FINDING THE SERIAL NUMBER

The serial number of your heat pump is important for communicating with our customer service and also for registering your heat pump for remote maintenance. You should always have it to hand when contacting us or your installer.

So that we can help you in the best possible way, we explain here where you can find the serial number - regardless of whether your heat pump is installed indoors or outdoors.

Please note: Always use the serial number of the heat pump itself and not that of the associated indoor unit (e.g. hydraulic module or hydraulic station).

Heat pumps for outdoor installation

For heat pumps installed outdoors, you will find the serial number for registration on the back of your heat pump. Please
do not use the serial number on the corresponding indoor unit, e.g. hydraulic module or hydraulic station.
